4. APARTMENT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

  • Pricing: Quoted rent prices are typically for new leases and may vary based on lease term, move-in date, and availability.

  • Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, floor plans are artist renderings and may not be exact. Square footage is approximate.

5. LEASING APPLICATIONS AND RESIDENT PORTAL

The Site may provide links to a third-party resident portal or online application system (e.g., Entrata, Yardi, or RealPage).

  • Applications: Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee a lease. All applications are subject to credit approval, criminal background checks, and income verification.

  • Portal Use: Use of the resident portal is subject to additional terms provided at the time of account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
